THE PURPOSE
Program at a Glance
- Purpose: Our purpose is to transform the healthcare industry by training and certifying top-tier coaches.
Start date: Next cohort is Fall 2026
Duration: 9 Months
Format: The Academy includes live training modules (9 virtual sessions – graduation in person) one-on-one meetings with a mentor coach, peer coaching circles, applied coaching practices and assignments.
Target audience: Healthcare leaders, physicians, nurses, anyone that wants to improve healthcare
Certifications and Credentials Earned:
HCC – Healthcare Certified Coach (awarded by CTI)
RCC – Registered Corporate Coach (conferred by the World Association for Business Coaching)
92 hours of ICF-accredited coach education, qualifying graduates to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the Level 1 Pathway (award by the International Coaching Federation)

Mentor Coaching: Mentor coaching for the coach (participant) themselves to provide insight, guidance and accountability.

Coaching Application: A coaching assignment during which the coach (participant) applies the tools and skills obtained from the online intensives and mentor coaching.
CERTIFY
Certification: Following the successful completion of the academy, participants may quality for coaching certification.
