The Healthcare Certified Coach Program is committed to developing and deploying the BEST coaches that are fully-equipped with the skills and expertise needed to coach healthcare providers, teams and leaders and ultimately transform healthcare.

THE PURPOSE

Program at a Glance

  • Purpose: Our purpose is to transform the healthcare industry by training and certifying top-tier coaches.
  • Start date: Next cohort starts on August 24, 2026

  • Duration: 11 Months

  • Format: The program includes a 2-hour virtual orientation, 10 live (virtual) monthly training modules, one-on-one meetings with a mentor coach, peer coaching circles, applied coaching practices and assignments.

  • Target audience: Healthcare leaders, physicians, nurses, anyone that wants to improve healthcare

  • Certifications and Credentials Earned:

    • HCC – Healthcare Certified Coach (awarded by CTI)

    • RCC – Registered Corporate Coach (conferred by the World Association for Business Coaching)

    • ICF-accredited coach education, qualifying graduates to apply for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the Level 1 Pathway (award by the International Coaching Federation)
