HLI & Rush Copley Medical Center Recent Session

This past Friday, HLI CEO, Mo Kasti, and Director of Curriculum Development, Margie West, facilitated a Leadership Boot Camp for the MEC at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL!

It was great to work with this dynamic group of MEC physician leaders on their journey of high performance by working on communication styles, dealing with conflict, providing performance feedback and making effective requests of others. Our session was hands-on, practical, and applicable to their daily clinical and leadership world.
