Paying it Forward: My friend and mentor, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, top executive coach, envisioned few years ago bringing a group of highly talented people together and teaching them everything he knows. That was the formation of the MG100 and yours truly is one of the 100 top coaches globally, as well as Marshall recognizing me as #1 Healthcare Coach. Since it is my turn to pay it forward, I have embarked on the journey of teaching and developing the top one hundred coaches and certifying them.
Not Just Another Coaching Academy: We assembled a team of business experts, facilitators, speakers, and coaches with extensive experience and expertise. The Academy includes live training modules, one-on-one meetings with a mentor coach, peer coaching circles, applied coaching practices and assignments.

Our WABC Accredited (Level 1 – RCC)™ mark means our program delivers the highest quality business coaching training in the world. We are a ICF Accredited (Level 1 – ACC) Program
Our Healthcare Certified Coach (HCC) and Leadership Certified Coach (LCC) programs earned Level 1 Accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Our programs are approved to deliver 92 hours of ICF-accredited coaching education, enabling graduates to apply for the ACC credential through the Level 1 Pathway — a more streamlined and efficient route compared to other credentialing options. This accreditation reflects CTIs continued commitment to delivering rigorous, high-quality coaching education grounded in global best practices.
Our Unique Approach
LEARN
Online Intensives: Sessions designed to equip coaches (participants) with the skills needed to effectively work with and coach others in healthcare.
PARTNER
Mentor Coaching: Mentor coaching for the coach (participant) themselves to provide insight, guidance and accountability.
ENGAGE
Coaching Application: A coaching assignment during which the coach (participant) applies the tools and skills obtained from the online intensives and mentor coaching.
CERTIFY
Certification: Following the successful completion of the academy, participants may quality for coaching certification.
