Dyad Leadership Coaching

The key to a dyad leadership model’s success lies in the partnerships’ ability to understand each other’s roles and responsibilities, align around a common mission and goals, and effectively engage others in achieving those goals. Dyad coaching involves a monthly call with a professional coach and accelerates the success of the model by providing the necessary mentoring to effectively and efficiently collaborate and succeed in their leadership roles with their team and in their practice.

The CTI coach will assist the dyad leaders with the following:

  • Discovering dyad and relationship gaps using dyad self-assessments
  • Develop clarity of roles (individual and shared roles)
  • Develop clarity of shared goals
  • Identify their challenges as department dyad leaders
  • Identify strategies for overcoming resistance, challenges and disruptive behaviors
  • Coaching and holding the leaders accountable to commitments and actions
  • Checking on the progress of actions
  • Providing ongoing guidance and support for development
