HLI & Foundation Health Partners Leadership Academy Kick-Off

HLI Executive Director, Wes Avants and CEO Mo Kasti, had the privilege of facilitating the Foundation Health Partners Leadership Academy kick-off in Fairbanks, Alaska!

During the 2 days we explored and practiced: Shifting from Clinician to Clinician Leader, building relationships and trust, clarity of role, clarity of priorities (with line of sight tool and processes), alignment to the community and organizational priorities, and taking care of self and wellbeing.

Foundation Health Partners is providing this group of exceptional leaders with an amazing opportunity to sharpen their leadership skills, enhance their contribution to the organization, and collaborate with other physician leaders.

A big thanks to Foundation Health Partners CEO Shelley Ebenal and CMO Dr. Angelique Ramirez. With this engagement, we now have been to all 50 states working with physicians and healthcare leaders.
