Brian Sinotte, FACHE, is the Market Chief Executive Officer for Northwest Healthcare, which includes Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita, Northwest Medical Center Houghton Hospital and an expansive ambulatory network across Pima County.

As Market CEO, Brian is charged with leading Northwest Healthcare’s commitment to delivering Tucson and the surrounding communities with high quality, accessible healthcare—from routine primary care to highly specialized cardiac and surgical services.

• For more than 15 years Brian has researched the intersection of effective execution through enterprise alignment and high reliability cultures in the healthcare space. As a result, he deploys the Line of Site system which brings complex organizations into alignment and ensures focused execution across the enterprise. Milestones include:
• Redesigned CHHD as UCM platform that competes on access, clinical expertise, patient experience and price to drive regional growth to system
• Created and implemented CHHD operating model and Line of Site to enable speed to execute highest priority initiatives and drive performance
• Engaged physicians and staff to create cultures where physicians love to practice, employees love to work, and patients choose for their care

Prior to his work with CHHD Brian has held key C-suite roles in health care including as the Market President for Duke LifePoint’s UP Health System in Michigan, which consisted of 3 hospitals and 17 OP centers. Over a 24-month period, the organization achieved a wide variety of results including improving the institution’s Leapfrog grade from D to A while growing the system’s EBITDA by 36%.
