Bill’s background includes over thirty-five years of consulting expertise in the areas of team building, leadership development, and executive coaching. He served as Corporate Director of Organization Development with Henry Ford Health System and as Director of the Peaceful Integration Project within the Archdiocesan Schools in Detroit, Michigan, and an Associate Professor at Oakland University. Bill has extensive experience as the Team and Leadership Specialist with 14 Indian Health Service clinics and hospitals. He also serve as the Business Enterprise Specialist with the Peace Corps in Kiev, Ukraine. Bill has been a faculty member with the American College of Healthcare Executives since 1984. His current offering, “Power and Influence in Healthcare Management” is considered a benchmark seminar for the healthcare industry. Dr. Moskal’s Coaching clients include University of Michigan, Stanford Hospitals and Medical Centers, Cedars-Sinai, Iowa Health system, Baptist Hospitals of Miami, William Beaumont Hospitals, Tampa General and other hospitals and systems leadership teams.
