HLI founder & CEO, Mo Kasti, had the privilege of facilitating a weekend long boot camp on high performing governance and effective communication this weekend in Sedona, Arizona for Abrazo Heath.
The most effective healthcare governance teams (Board Leaders, Executive Team and MEC Physicians Leaders) are those that have clarity of roles and goals, common vision, a deep sense of trust, can communicate well, work constructively through conflicts that arise, and hold each other accountable to the results.
