HLI CEO Mo Kasti and Executive Director Wes Avants spent the weekend in Kerrville, TX facilitating a “Clinician to Clinician Leader” bootcamp for the physician leaders at Peterson Health.
We explored the following:

- The impact of work styles on leadership effectiveness
- How to lean into other people’s communication style
- How to improve delegation and collaboration by focusing on communicating crystal clear requests
- How to provide performance feedback in a constructive manner to your peers
- How to deal with conflict through issue clearance
