HLI CEO Mo Kasti had the privilege of facilitating an inspiring session on “Creating a Culture of One Northwest Healthcare” in Tucson, AZ. In today’s ever-evolving healthcare landscape, fostering unity, collaboration, and high performance is not just important—it’s essential for organizational success.
Culture can be a nebulous issue to tackle. We often hear people claim that culture eats strategy for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!! Throughout our session, we delved into the critical steps required to being purposeful about defining and hardwiring the culture of the organization.
Key Program Objectives
Our roadmap to creating a culture of ONE Northwest was:
- Discuss the importance (“why”) of fostering a culture of ONE Northwest.
- Assess the current culture and co-create the ideal culture of ONE Northwest.
- Develop clarity around leadership behavioral expectations.
- Create a communication strategy and compelling storytelling approach to promote a culture of ONE.
