Healthcare Coaching Academy Launch
On February 12, 2024 we launched the inaugural cohort for the Healthcare Coaching Academy. This program is specifically developed for professionals in healthcare (physicians, executives, managers, nurses, etc..) who would like to become coaches within their organization or develop coaching as a skill. Participants in the first cohort have come from multiple healthcare organizations and include CMOs, executives, CNOs, HR, and Physicians.
Our Purpose if Clear: Our purpose is to transform the healthcare industry by training and certifying top-tier coaches. We believe in the transformative power of coaching to enhance the well-being of healthcare professionals, reignite their passion for practice, and ultimately, save lives.
Paying it Forward: My friend and mentor, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, top executive coach, envisioned few years ago bringing a group of highly talented people together and teaching them everything he knows. That was the formation of the MG100 and yours truly is one of the 100 top coaches globally, as well as Marshall recognizing me as #1 Healthcare Coach. Since it is my turn to pay it forward, I have embarked on the journey of teaching and developing the top one hundred coaches in healthcare and certifying them.
Not Just Another Coaching Academy: We assembled a team of healthcare experts, facilitators, speakers, and coaches with extensive experience and expertise. The Academy includes live training modules, one-on-one meetings with a mentor coach, peer coaching circles, applied coaching practices and assignments.
