What Participants Are Saying About Us

Ryan Else, MD

Galen Sorom, MD
Confluence Health, Wenatchee, WAGiven my coaching experience over the last few decades, I was curious and perhaps even skeptical of what new skills and knowledge I would take away from HLI’s Healthcare Coaching Academy before starting the program. I can say now with conviction, having experienced the program, that I am pleasantly surprised! The content is excellent, and the master coaches and presenters are very engaging. I feel like the program has elevated my coaching confidence and skills to a new level. My coaching presence has increased, as did the power and effectiveness of my listening skills, curiosity, and connection with my clients. Recently, one of my clients selected for this program told me that he was so pleased with our coaching engagement and the insights that we discovered along the way that he wanted me to coach his entire management team. Thank you HLI!
