Elizabeth Riordan is a leadership advisor and executive coach whom leaders trust to help them navigate large scale change and accelerate transformation. As a former healthcare executive herself, Elizabeth’s clients appreciate her ability to understand their business context and industry challenges.

Prior to founding ExecRIO, Elizabeth’s corporate experience included a series of executive roles at UPMC and Highmark Health, focused on strategy and innovation. She also held roles in consulting, marketing and commercial leadership at organizations such as General Electric and Gensler. Elizabeth has served on the boards of The Ellis School and Fern Hollow Nature Center and currently holds an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public Health.
She holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a BA from the University of Virginia. Elizabeth is a member of the premier international body for coaching, the Internal Coaching Federation (ICF), is an ICF Associate Certified Coach and completed ICF Level 2 training through the Center for Executive Coaching. She is proud to call Pittsburgh home.
