Dr. Megan Gross is a fellowship-trained and board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist specializing in Abdominal Imaging who has a passion for comprehensive patient-centric care and executive and interdisciplinary healthcare leadership.
A graduate of the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, Dr. Gross completed her Diagnostic Radiology Residency and Chief Residency at Stanford University. She also completed her Abdominal Imaging Fellowship at Stanford University and is board certified by the American Board of Radiology. From the beginning, her career has held space for and balance between clinical and administrative medicine. Dr. Gross has served in leadership roles in academia and in varying sized integrated healthcare systems and across the spectrum of operational and practice management, medical staff and quality & safety, strategic and executive, local and enterprise, and well-being and culture leadership.
As a leadership and executive coach, advisor, and facilitator, Dr. Grosspartners with physicians, clinicians, executives, nurses and healthcare teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness, deepen connection, and align professional success with personal purpose. With a grounded understanding of the complexity, pace, and human demands of healthcare, Dr. Gross creates a confidential and reflective coaching space where leaders can clarify what matters most, expand their influence, and lead with greater intention.
