Mo Kasti Presented on Collaborative Leadership at MGMA/AMA Conference

CTI’s CEO and Founder, Mo Kasti, presented “Dyad Leadership Development: Risks, Challenges, Solutions” at MGMA’s Collaborate in Practice conference , April 9-11 in Chicago.

Mo’s presentation covered the unique dynamics of an ever-changing health care environment and how it has given rise to the health care dyad leadership model. Mo provided an overview of dyad leadership and how to successfully implement it using a client case study and offering an assessment for participants to gauge the current status of their organization’s dyad leadership.
