Bob brings a unique perspective to every leadership development session and coaching engagement by connecting proven leadership practices to real-world experiences. Through effective listening skills, asking the right questions, and his natural intuition, Bob helps his clients peel back the layers of any issue, challenge, or situation.​

Career highlights include the design and delivery of transformational learning experiences for executives and leaders at GE’s Global Learning & Development Center in New York, developing and implementing strategic initiatives for JP Morgan Chase, and leading large organizational change efforts for a leading consulting firm.​

Bob resides in Scottsdale, AZ and when he is not working, he enjoys hiking, biking, and cooking. In addition, Bob shares his time and talents with a variety of non-profit organizations.​
