Our Story
Founded in 2005 within USF Health at the University of South Florida, the Center for Transformation and Innovation (CTI) was established with a mission to accelerate the transformation of how leadership, healthcare, education, government, and organizational services are understood and delivered. Originally created as a resource to support leaders within the university, CTI quickly gained recognition for its innovative approaches to leadership development, organizational transformation, and performance improvement.
As demand for our solutions grew, CTI expanded beyond the university and began serving organizations throughout the United States and internationally. In 2008, CTI became a stand-alone entrepreneurial entity, and in 2012, it transitioned into an independent company while maintaining its founding mission: helping leaders and organizations achieve extraordinary results through transformation, innovation, and leadership excellence.
Since our inception, we have partnered with thousands of leaders across healthcare, government, higher education, and business to strengthen leadership capacity, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive meaningful change. Our customized leadership development programs, executive coaching, consulting services, and proprietary methodologies are designed to meet the unique challenges of each organization and industry we serve.
