Diana coaches leaders at all levels, executives to emerging managers,to help deepen self-awareness, examine conditioned patterns, clarifygoals and opportunities, articulate vision and purpose, and shiftbehaviors to create new outcomes. Working together with her clients,they co-create strategies and practices to bring more success andsatisfaction into their lives, both in and out of the workplace.​

As a coach, she is a thought-partner, champion and mirror forher clients. Coaching topics may include: stepping into next-levelleadership roles, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, clarifyingvision and purpose for the team/organization, career transitions,addressing interpersonal challenges, improving communication skills,responding to difficult feedback, navigating organizational change andintegrating work and personal demands.​

Diana brings over three decades of academically-trained, experientially-honed leadership and organizational development experience toher practice. She completed a BA at Brown University and received aMaster’s degree in Human Resources Management from the NewSchool for Social Research. She trained as a CoActive Coach throughCTI, Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute, completed a certificatein The Neuroscience of Change through BeAbove Leadership, andholds PCC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation. ​

She began her career building the initial manager development programat Amazon.com and later served as the US Head of ConsultingServices at Insights Learning and Development. In 2018, she joinedBluebird bio to build and lead the internal Leadership Development &Coaching team. ​

Diana’s coaching is informed and influenced by studies in humandevelopment, Jungian psychology, neuroscience, somatic awareness &bodywork, co-active leadership, Kajukenbo kung fu and mindfulnesspractice.
