Kacy R. Webster brings over 25 years of transformative leadership experience bridging higher education and business strategy. As CEO and Founder of Profit Quiver, she specializes in how artificial intelligence is reshaping education and business while keeping human potential at the center of organizational decision-making.


Webster holds a Master of Education in School Counseling and Administration from Rivier College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin Pierce College. Her expertise spans the complete education-to-workforce ecosystem, including K-12, community colleges, higher education, and adult workforce development.


Starting her career in higher education in recruitment and admissions at New Hampshire Community College, Webster transitioned to campus management roles at Franklin Pierce College’s Division of Graduate and Professional Studies and later at Graceland University, giving her comprehensive experience across all sectors of higher education. Her recent leadership experience includes serving as Senior Director of Market Strategy & Insights at ACT (2020-2024), where she led enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and comprehensive market research. Her academic leadership journey at Kaplan Higher Education included progressive roles from Campus Academic Dean to Market President. Webster successfully managed major institutional transformations, including transitions to technology-enhanced learning environments and complex mergers, while maintaining exceptional operational performance with profit margins of 24-30.5%.


Recognized with multiple awards including Campus Dean of the Year for the Midwest Region, Webster maintains current certifications in AI consulting and data science. As a sought-after keynote speaker, she addresses critical intersections of education, workforce development, and technology innovation.


Webster’s unique combination of academic credentials, business acumen, and transformational leadership makes her an invaluable contributor to bridging educational theory with practical workforce applications.


Kacy lives in Minburn, Iowa. She and her husband are proud parents and grandparents enjoying living on their acreage. She enjoys gardening, raising ducks and hens, and her husband is a beekeeper, so she keeps very busy both personally and professionally.
