Kimberlie Warren, Ph.D., M.P.A., CDE, seeks new challenges, experiences, opportunities to share her wealth of knowledge and the next phase of her own personal and professional evolution. Kimberlie previously spent 12 years at Beacon Health System in various roles as Coordinator, HR Business Partner, OD&E Facilitator, and Director of Diversity & Provider Well-Being. 

Common threads woven throughout Kimberlie’s career are facilitating learning and development, mentoring, consulting, and coaching.  She has had various positions, responsibilities, and assignments in health-related and community- based organizations, conducted health disparities and community-based participatory research, developed and implemented various modules and curriculums on innumerable topics, and presented or trained at local, state, national, and international levels.  She has more than 20 years of practical experience.

Kimberlie completed her doctoral studies at Walden University and graduate and undergraduate degrees at Indiana University South Bend and Houston Community College.  In addition to her diverse allied health background, she is a certified professional coach, with Certified Diversity Executive and Diversity Professional credentials and has attained certifications to facilitate HeartMath, FanklinCovey, Listening Pays, Cy Wakeman’s Reality-Based Philosophy and Center for Mind and Body Medicine content.
