Lori Raggio, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, is founder and CEO of Inspire Greatness Coaching and Consulting, LLC.  She is a compassionate, strategic, innovative, and results oriented leadership coach with over 25 years of progressive experience in private and public fast paced entrepreneurial growth organizations. She brings to her coaching a unique set of extraordinary skills.. Lori co-creates with her clients custom and  personalized actions that leverage their talents and gifts and addresses gaps to help them to intentionally design their life in alignment with who they want to become.

Prior to founding Inspire Greatness Coaching and Consulting, LLC in 2018, Lori served for 25 years in executive HR positions within healthcare, specializing in the management of learning and development initiatives and solutions for managers and employees.

She has several coach certifications including Conversational Intelligence; Intelligent Leadership; Narrative Coaching, Integrative Development, Team Coaching and is a certified Transformational Retreat Leader. 

Lori has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Sellinger School of Business and several additional graduate and undergraduate degrees in Social Services and English. She is an adjunct faculty member at CCBC co-teaching the SHRM certification prep course; she has also taught both graduate and undergraduate Human Resources and Psychology courses at Towson University where she supported the co-creation of the coaching component of the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute.

Lori serves on several boards of nonprofit organizations that have missions that align with her goal to support diverse organizations and individuals to thrive in their greatness. She is the first board President of the HobbleJog Foundation focused on raising funds to support individuals thriving after a traumatic brain injury and organizations supporting them. She is also the board Secretary of HealthCare Access Maryland.
