Sara Pelaez, PhD, brings a sophisticated, neuro-informed lens to executive development, bridging the gap between biological resilience and organizational strategy. As a dually credentialed professional—both a Board Certified Coach and a Licensed Clinical Therapist—Sara specializes in Neuro-Executive Architecture. This approach integrates neuroscience, somatic psychology, and leadership theory to optimize performance in high-stakes environments.

With extensive experience supporting C-Suite executives and Physician Leaders, Sara understands the unique physiological and psychological demands placed on top-tier leadership. Her work addresses the “internal architecture” of a leader, utilizing evidence-based frameworks such as Somatic Experiencing (SEP), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to move beyond traditional cognitive coaching into deep physiological regulation, embodied presence, and high emotional intelligence.

Sara’s methodology is particularly effective for healthcare and corporate leaders navigating complex systemic shifts. Through inquiry and somatic reflection, she assists clients in developing a grounded, charismatic presence that fosters psychological safety, refines decision-making under pressure, and ensures peak performance is sustained by physiological health. Serving as a global, bilingual (English/Spanish) strategic thought partner, she empowers clients to align their biological capacity with their professional vision to achieve lasting resilience.

Sara holds a PhD in Somatic Psychotherapy from the International University of Professional Studies (IUPS), where her research focused on Somatic Experiencing, an MA in Clinical Behavioral Mental Health from Roosevelt University, and a BA in Psychology & Human Resources from Northeastern Illinois University. She is licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Illinois
