Wayne is an experienced executive coach working with professionals at all levels on career development and leadership skills- helping executives uncover and avoid roadblocks to achieving their desired goals. He is a Certified Leadership Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and has earned an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As a retired Partner with KPMG, Wayne was a lead partner on healthcare advisory clients with responsibility for oversight, growth, and business development of key accounts. Over the span of his 30-year career in the healthcare industry, Wayne served as a trusted advisor and partner to C-suite leaders and board members through an era of complexity and change including mergers and acquisitions, consolidation, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance.  Along with serving clients, Wayne took great pride in coaching and developing KPMG professionals, promoting numerous internal candidates for executive roles.  A passionate advocate for diversity at all levels, Wayne also served as an Executive Sponsor of KPMG African American and Veterans Business Resource Groups.

Wayne currently sits on the Board of Directors for EmblemHealth and MedMinder with oversight of corporate compliance and governance.  He was previously a Board Chair for a not-for-profit mental health/ addiction program, Liberation Programs. 

Wayne, holds a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University and a Master of Public Administration in Health Finance from New York University.

As a grandfather of two, Wayne and his wife of 35-plus years have three adult children and live in New York where he is an active golfer, runner, and guitarist.  His mantras are we are all a “work in progress” and as a leader “you don’t need to always be right, you need to get it right”.
