Two leading healthcare organizations are partnering to help empower health system executives to lead the next wave of digital transformation across their organizations. The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and The Healthcare Leadership Institute (HLI) have launched the Executive Connect program, a co-branded coaching and leadership development initiative to teach and coach healthcare leaders how to lead their teams through the next digital transformation.
This collaboration brings together the expertise and experience of HIMSS, a global health advocate improving health through information and technology, and HLI, a world-class leader in executive coaching and healthcare leadership development to make a stronger Executive Connect program..
HIMSS and HLI created an unparalleled learning experience that will empower healthcare executives and emerging leaders to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape shaped by artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital health transformation and other key drivers of change.
“To change the way we deliver care, expand access, and achieve health equity, we need more than just technical solutions. We must work together to guide the advancement of people, process, and technology,” said HIMSS President & CEO Hal Wolf. “Through this partnership, HIMSS and HLI are supporting both established and early career leaders in creating a digitally mature global health ecosystem.”
“This is more than a partnership. It’s a 1 + 1 = 3 moment,” said Mo Kasti, CEO of HLI. “By combining HIMSS’s global reach and digital health expertise with HLI’s proven leadership development and coaching capabilities, we are uniquely positioned to support healthcare leaders in turning complexity into clarity and disruption into opportunity.”
