On January 13, 2025, we had the privilege of celebrating the graduation of an exceptional cohort of Healthcare Certified Coaches (HCC) at St. Luke’s, Boise, Idaho. This milestone marked the culmination of months of dedication, growth, and hard work by these talented professionals.
This group of coaches (Physicians, CMOs, CNOs, Healthcare Leaders) embodies the highest standards of excellence, demonstrating not only technical expertise but also the compassion and empathy necessary to lead transformative change in healthcare. Over the course of their training, they developed advanced coaching skills designed to empower individuals, strengthen teams, and enhance leadership capabilities across complex healthcare environments.
