HLI & ECU College of Nursing Retreat 2023

This week HLI Founder & CEO, Mo Kasti,  had the pleasure of partnering with the ECU College of Nursing as they brought Associate Deans and Staff together to enhance collaboration, focus on key priorities, teamwork, culture and communication.

During the retreat we focused on getting to know each other on personal/human level, improving communication among the team by understanding communication styles (and avoiding conflict due to style differences), giving and receiving feedback and feedforward, establishing psychological safety and trust, and developing a compact of commitments and expectations.
