HLI & Shannon Health Session

Last week we had the privilege of working with clinician and executive leaders from Shannon Health in San Angelo, Texas during the Leading Improvement & Creative Problem-Solving session.

During this session we explored:

1.     The principles of process improvement

2.     The strategy and tools needed to successfully lead improvement efforts at Shannon Health.

3.     Applied the Mini Kaizen approach to Discharge Planning process

4.     Applied WHAT IF creative thinking to ideate new ways of improving discharge process and reduce wait time in ER.
